Pastor Bill grew up in Northern Virginia where he met his wife, Carrie, and they were married in 2010. Bill and Carrie have one son, Harold, and a very loyal Australian Shepherd, Duke. Bill loves spending time with his family, hiking and camping at Virginia State Parks. Bill received a B.A. from Bob Jones University (08′) and did graduate seminary work at both Maranatha Baptist Seminary (Master of Arts in English Bible 16’; Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling 17’) and Liberty University (Master of Arts in Theological Studies 19’). Bill is currently pursuing a doctorate in Bible Exposition from Liberty University. Bill’s passion is to help others see the integrity and unity of God’s Word so that they would confidently trust and obey the Scriptures that the Lord has given to us.”
Tyler Maglosky grew up in Goode, Virginia. He has been married to his wife, Sydney, since August 2011. Tyler and Sydney have four children, Blane, Harper, Finley, and Theophilus.
Tyler served as a Sunday school teacher prior to becoming a Youth Minister. Tyler has been a Youth Minister at North Bedford Baptist Church since 2015. The Lord has given him a passion to teach and proclaim the word of God. Tyler truly desires to lead people to the Lord and see them put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Tyler’s hobbies include hunting, woodworking, drinking coffee, and spending time with his wife and children.
Pastor Chad grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia and has been the Pastor here at North Bedford Baptist since May, 2010. He received a B.A. from the Virginia Military Institute and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Allison, since January, 2001. Chad and Allison have 2 sons, Beau and Olivier, and 2 daughters, Grace and Chloe. Pastor Chad’s hobbies include fishing, hiking and camping. He loves to spend time with his family. His greatest desire is to see others grow to love God’s Word and its Author.
Rev. Charles L. Stinson is Pastor Emeritus of North Bedford Baptist Church. He served as the church’s pastor for more than 35 years before retiring in 2005. During that time, he was also involved in the work of the historic Strawberry Baptist Association where he served two terms as moderator.
Since his retirement, he has actively pursued his interests in writing, publishing three books since 2007. He has three adult children and six grandchildren.
Shirley was born and raised in the Forest area of Bedford County. She has been at North Bedford Baptist Church her entire life. She had many secretarial duties as a volunteer for many years. In October 1998, she was employed by the church as a part time Administrative Assistant. She kept this role until January of 2014 at which time she became the Financial Administrator for the church. Shirley enjoys every aspect of serving her “family” at NBBC and hopes that she is pleasing the Lord in her work as well.
She has been married to her husband, David, since May of 1986, they have 2 adult children, Josh & Jessica, a daughter in law, Haley and 2 grandchildren Emmy and Weston. They have been a big part of support for her in her position at NBBC. Her hobbies include playing bluegrass music with family, spending time with her family, and their family dog, Carly, and photography.
